Not only are our customers encouraged to provide candid feedback on their recent service experience, we ask them how we could be better. Over the past two years, we have personally spoken with over 30,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada. The results of this feedback are taken very seriously and used to make improvements in the way we do business.
